Orientation
Each new school year, students at Sinergia will attend orientation activities. Aims to introduce students with tutors, staff, principals and other students. There are also motivational sessions from well-known speakers who can add insight.
Orientation is also the initial means for students to self-report and also boosts enthusiasm, motivation, and various other positive behaviors.
